INGREDIENTS
½ Tbsp. Butter
¼ c. Flour
1 Tbsp. Ultrafiltered Milk
2 Eggs
½ tbsp Sugar
⅛ c. Gruyere Cheese, shredded
Pinch of Nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Roasted Hatch Green Chiles, chopped
Optional: hot honey
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425
- In a blender combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and nutmeg
- Whisk in cheese and hatch chiles
- In a cast iron skillet, melt butter in pan in the oven for 1-2 minutes, making sure the butter does not burn
- Pour in the mixture
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Adjust oven temperature to 300 for 5 additional minutes
- Drizzle with hot honey as desired and enjoy
