Poppi Prebiotic Soda is a refreshing way to enjoy all of the goodness of Apple Cider Vinegar, without the overwhelming taste that’s typically associated with it. They got started when husband and wife team Allison and Stephen were experimenting in their home kitchen, combining fresh fruit juice with the prebiotic powerhouse apple cider vinegar (ACV), to create a soda that tasted amazing and provided real health benefits.
According to their website, Allison had been looking for relief from her chronic health issues, and she found that Apple Cider Vinegar was the solution. After drinking it every day for a week her symptoms nearly disappeared. They began bottling their Apple Cider Vinegar drink and selling it at their local farmer’s market. It was selling out each weekend at their Dallas Farmers Market and quickly gained a devoted following. Fast forward through 2 kids, a Shark Tank investment (made while Allison was 9 months pregnant!), and a rebrand. Today, their delicious soda makes it easier to drink to your health.
