INGREDIENTS

1 bag Shredded Carrots

1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1 tsp. Rice Vinegar

1 tsp. Maple Syrup

1 tsp. Soy Sauce

¼ bunch Cilantro

½ Lime, juiced

Salt and Pepper as desired



DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, and lime juice and combine
  2. Toss in the carrots and cilantro and toss to coat
