I’m taking my two favorite Valentine’s to Market Street this week, which makes this the sweetest shop of the year.

To celebrate our family’s love, we plan to whip up a batch of Strawberry Pancakes and these two sous chefs are excited to get in the kitchen. But first, we need ingredients!

The baking aisle will be where we spend most of our time picking up flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla extract. This is the base to the homemade pancake mix. If you’re short on time, grab a bag of package mix—Market Street has options!

Next, we make our way to dairy to pick up eggs and milk. And then off to produce for fresh strawberries.

The key ingredient to these pancakes are dried strawberries, which will be blitzed to powder and then incorporated into the pancake mix.

We’ve tried our best to stay focused on our pancake ingredient, it’s hard not to get distracted by all the Valentine goodies Market Street has to offer. While chocolate catches my eye, something else always catches theirs.

Thanks for shopping with us at Market Street this week. It was a sweet shop full of energy and entertainment. the perfect companions to a family Valentine’s shop. We hope yours will be just as much fun!

Happy Valentine’s Day!
