Blue Cheese Buffalo Sliders

Servings Vary

Author note: Homemade buffalo sauce makes these sliders extra special. However, if you are short on time, store bought also works.

Ingredients

Market Street’s Steakhouse Burger Sliders

blue cheese, crumbled

Market Street’s Butterflake Rolls, sliced in half (hamburger style)

Buffalo Sauce (recipe below)

Directions

When ready to cook, heat a grill or griddle to 350 degrees. Place the slider patties onto the grill and cook for a total of 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once.

The last two minutes of cooking, top each slider with blue cheese. Remove the sliders from the grill.

Place the rolls, facing down, onto the grill. Toast for about two minutes, or until the rolls are golden and toasty.

Place the slider onto one toasted roll, drizzle with buffalo sauce and top with the remaining roll. Serve immediately.

for the Buffalo Sauce

1/2 cup hot sauce (I use Cholula)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves of garlic

kosher salt, to taste

In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce, butter and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat until the butter is melted. Stir and salt to taste. This recipe is easily doubled.
