Spiced Air Fryer Cauliflower Bites is the perfect, lazy summer day quick fix. Whether a batch is whipped up for a healthy mid-afternoon snack or it’s an easy dinner side, this recipe is for you.

Market Street helps you with your healthy eating and quick dinner fixes. The main ingredient you’ll need is cauliflower- which Market Street has prepared cauliflower florets in the produce department that will help get these little bites whipped up in a flash! 

Out of this 7-ingredient recipe, three are produce: cauliflower, cilantro and lime juice! The other four can be found in the spice aisle. More than likely you’ll have a few of these pantry staple spices, but if not, have no fear. Market Street has a great selection of spices to choose from; small, large, organic and non-organic! 

With this air fryer recipe, you’ll have crispy cauliflower bites in under 30 minutes—that’s at least 15 to 20 minutes sooner than the oven!

Air Fryer Spiced Cauliflower Bites

serves 2 to 3

1 1/2 pound cauliflower florets

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp ground cumin

3/4 tsp granulated garlic 

3/4 tsp kosher salt

fresh lime juice, to top

chopped fresh cilantro, to top

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside. In a large bowl, add the paprika, red pepper, cumin, granulated garlic and kosher salt. Pour the olive oil into the bowl and whisk together until combined.

Add the cauliflower florets into the bowl and toss to coat. In an even layer place the cauliflower into the air fryer basket. Inset the basket into the air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring twice.

Once crispy, remove the basket from the air fryer and place into a serving bowl. Top with fresh cilantro and lime juice. Toss to coat and serve warm.
